About Mienshao
Mienshao is a Fighting-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 5. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 510, Mienshao is classified as a Martial Arts Pokémon and is part of the Mienfoo → Mienshao evolution line.
In competitive play, Mienshao is placed in the RU tier where it holds a 5.5% usage rate. Its key abilities are Inner Focus and Regenerator and Reckless, which allow it to function as a bulky pivot with incredible longevity. Mienshao is weak to Flying, Psychic, Fairy-type moves, so trainers should plan around these vulnerabilities.
