Avalugg is a Ice-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 6. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 514, Avalugg is classified as a Iceberg Pokémon and is part of the Bergmite → Avalugg → Hisuian Avalugg evolution line.
In competitive play, Avalugg is placed in the NU tier where it holds a 4.63% usage rate. Its key abilities are Own Tempo and Ice Body and Sturdy, which allow it to function as a reliable lead with built-in survivability. Avalugg is weak to Fire, Fighting, Rock, Steel-type moves, so trainers should plan around these vulnerabilities.
