REGIROCK was sealed away by people long ago. If this POKéMON’s body is damaged in battle, it is said to seek out suitable rocks on its own to repair itself.
REGIROCK’s body is composed entirely of rocks. Recently, a study made the startling discovery that the rocks were all unearthed from different locations.

Regirock is a Rock-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 3. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 580, Regirock is classified as a Rock Peak Pokémon and is part of the Regirock evolution line.
In competitive play, Regirock is placed in the ZU tier where it holds a 7.36% usage rate. Its key abilities are Clear Body and Sturdy, which allow it to function as a reliable lead with built-in survivability.
