Torkoal Sprites
You can tell how it’s feeling by the smoke spouting from its shell. Tremendous velocity is a sign of good health.
TORKOAL digs through mountains in search of coal. If it finds some, it fills hollow spaces on its shell with the coal and burns it. If it is attacked, this POKéMON spouts thick black smoke to beat a retreat.
TORKOAL generates energy by burning coal. It grows weaker as the fire dies down. When it is preparing for battle, this POKéMON burns more coal.
It battles using energy it gets from burning coal. When loosing smoke from its nostrils, it lets off a sound that is similar to a locomotive’s horn.
It burns coal inside its shell. If it is attacked, it belches thick, black smoke and flees.

About Torkoal
Torkoal is a Fire-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 3. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 470, Torkoal is classified as a Coal Pokémon and is part of the Torkoal evolution line.
In competitive play, Torkoal is placed in the Doubles OU tier where it holds a 10.45% usage rate. Its key abilities are White Smoke and Drought and Shell Armor, which allow it to function as a versatile team member. Torkoal is weak to Water, Ground, Rock-type moves, so trainers should plan around these vulnerabilities.
