Lumineon is a Water-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 460, Lumineon is classified as a Neon Pokémon and is part of the Finneon → Lumineon evolution line.
In competitive play, Lumineon is placed in the ZU tier where it holds a 0.03% usage rate. Its key abilities are Swift Swim and Storm Drain and Water Veil, which allow it to function as both an offensive pivot and a rain sweeper.
