Wooper is a Water/Ground-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 2. With a Base Stat Total (BST) of 210, Wooper is classified as a Water Fish Pokémon and is part of the Wooper → Quagsire → Clodsire → Paldean Wooper evolution line.
In competitive play, Wooper is placed in the Doubles Ubers tier where it holds a 0.1% usage rate. Its key abilities are Damp and Water Absorb and Unaware, which allow it to function as a versatile team member. Wooper is weak to Grass-type moves, so trainers should plan around these vulnerabilities.
