Aroma Veil in Battle
Aroma Veil protects the Pokemon and all of its allies from moves and abilities that restrict move choices or mental state. This includes Taunt, Torment, Encore, Disable, Heal Block, Infatuation, and the effects of Cursed Body.
The protection extends to partner Pokemon in double and triple battles, making Aroma Veil a valuable supportive ability in multi-battle formats. Unlike similar protective abilities, Aroma Veil works passively without requiring any action from the user.
Aroma Veil is primarily found on Fairy-type Pokemon such as Aromatisse, Alcremie, and Dachsbun. Introduced in Generation VI, it provides consistent protection against disruption strategies that rely on limiting the opponent's available moves.
