꼬르륵스위치 (Hunger Switch)

Hunger Switch causes the Pokemon to alternate between two forms — Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode — at the end of every turn. In Full Belly Mode, the Pokemon is Electric/Dark-type. In Hangry Mode, the form visually changes but the typing and stats remain mechanically identical.

The form change is purely cosmetic and automatic; it cannot be controlled or prevented. The alternation happens every turn regardless of what actions are taken. The signature move Aura Wheel changes type based on the form: Electric-type in Full Belly Mode and Dark-type in Hangry Mode.

Hunger Switch is the signature ability of Morpeko, the Electric/Dark-type pikachu-clone Pokemon introduced in Generation VIII. The alternating Aura Wheel type provides STAB coverage diversity between turns, allowing Morpeko to hit different targets depending on which form it is currently in.
