잔비 (Drizzle)
III세대The weather changes to rain when this Pokémon enters battle and does not end unless replaced by another weather condition. If multiple Pokémon with this ability, Drought, Sand Stream, or Snow Warning are sent out at the same time, the abilities will activate in order of Speed, respecting Trick Room. Each ability's weather will cancel the previous weather, and only the weather summoned by the slowest of the Pokémon will stay.

Drizzle automatically summons rain when the Pokemon enters battle. The rain persists indefinitely unless replaced by another weather condition. Under rain, Water-type moves deal 1.5x damage, Fire-type moves are weakened to 0.5x, Thunder and Hurricane have perfect accuracy, Solar Beam's power is halved, and Weather Ball becomes Water-type with doubled power.
When multiple weather-setting abilities activate simultaneously (such as at the start of a double battle), they resolve in order of Speed, with the slowest Pokemon's weather remaining active. Trick Room reverses this priority. The ability activates each time the Pokemon enters the field, not just the first time.
Drizzle is found on Politoed, Pelipper, and Kyogre. It forms the backbone of rain-based team strategies, instantly enabling Swift Swim users, boosting Water moves, and weakening opposing Fire teams. Pelipper's combination of Drizzle, U-turn, and support movepool makes it the most common rain setter in competitive play.
