승기 (Competitive)

Competitive raises the Pokemon's Special Attack by two stages whenever any of its stats are lowered by an opposing Pokemon's move or ability. This sharp boost effectively punishes opponents for using stat-lowering tactics, turning Intimidate, Sticky Web, and similar effects into liabilities.

The boost triggers independently for each stat lowered, meaning a move like Memento (which lowers both Attack and Special Attack) would trigger Competitive twice, resulting in a +4 Special Attack boost. However, self-inflicted stat drops from moves like Close Combat do not trigger the ability.

Competitive is found on several special attackers including Milotic, Gothitelle, and Wigglytuff. It serves as the special-attacking counterpart to Defiant (which boosts Attack instead). In competitive doubles, Competitive is particularly valuable as a deterrent against the common ability Intimidate.
