アイスボディ (Ice Body)

Ice Body restores 1/16 of the Pokemon's maximum HP at the end of each turn while hail (or snow, starting in Generation IX) is active on the field. Additionally, a Pokemon with Ice Body takes no damage from the hail weather condition regardless of its typing — so even a non-Ice-type Pokemon with this ability is fully shielded from hail chip damage.

The healing is passive and stacks with Leftovers, allowing a Pokemon to recover a meaningful amount of HP each turn in the right conditions. Combined with Protect or Substitute for stalling, Ice Body can enable a slow-recovery strategy in hail teams. However, like all weather-dependent abilities, its usefulness is entirely tied to hail or snow being active — without it, Ice Body does nothing at all. Introduced in Generation IV, the ability is found on 19 Pokemon, predominantly Ice-types such as Vanilluxe, Glaceon, and the Snom line.
