Vista Lince (Keen Eye)

Keen Eye prevents the Pokemon's accuracy stat from being lowered by opposing moves or abilities. Moves like Sand Attack, Smokescreen, Flash, and Mud-Slap cannot reduce the accuracy of a Pokemon with Keen Eye, and abilities that lower accuracy also have no effect. However, Keen Eye does not prevent accuracy losses from other sources — in generations with fog, the accuracy reduction from fog weather is not blocked by Keen Eye.

Importantly, Keen Eye only protects the user's accuracy — it does NOT prevent opponents from raising their own evasion. An opposing Pokemon can still use Double Team or Minimize to become harder to hit, and Keen Eye offers no counter to this. Starting in Generation VI, Keen Eye gained an additional effect: it allows the Pokemon to ignore evasion boosts when attacking, making it a more complete counter to evasion strategies. The ability also has an overworld effect — a 50% chance to skip wild encounters with Pokemon five or more levels below the lead. Found on 39 Pokemon including Pidgeot, Sneasel, Skarmory, and many bird Pokemon, Keen Eye has been available since Generation III.
