Latios — покемон типа Драконий/Психический, впервые появившийся в поколении 3. С суммой базовых характеристик (BST) 600, Latios относится к виду Eon Pokémon и является частью цепочки эволюции Latios.

В соревновательных боях Latios находится в тире UU с частотой использования 24.63%. Его ключевые способности — Levitate, позволяющие ему выполнять роль универсальный член команды с ценной невосприимчивостью к Земле.
