Sobre Vitaminas

Las vitaminas son objetos que aumentan los Puntos de Esfuerzo (EVs) de un Pokémon, que incrementan directamente las características. Desde la octava generación, las vitaminas pueden maximizar los EVs a 252 por característica, por lo que son la forma más rápida de entrenar EVs. Son esenciales para preparar equipos competitivos.

Tipos de vitaminas

HP Up (+PS), Protein (+Ataque), Iron (+Defensa), Calcium (+At. Esp.), Zinc (+Def. Esp.) y Carbos (+Velocidad) añaden 10 EVs a su característica respectiva. PP Up y PP Max aumentan los PP de los movimientos, pero se clasifican aparte. En los juegos modernos, las vitaminas pueden usarse hasta el límite de 252 EVs.

Entrenamiento rentable

A 10.000 Pokédolares cada una, entrenar al máximo los EVs de una característica cuesta 260.000. Métodos para conseguir dinero como Amulet Coin o los poderes de dinero de premio hacen práctico el entrenamiento con vitaminas. Para los jugadores competitivos, las vitaminas ofrecen el camino más rápido de Pokémon recién criados a listos para combatir.
