Les Vitamins augmentent les valeurs d'effort (EV) pour optimiser les stats des Pokémon en compétitif. Protein augmente l'Attaque, Carbos augmente la Vitesse, et chacun ajoute 10 EV par utilisation. À propos des Vitamines

Les vitamines sont des objets qui augmentent les Points Effort (EV) d'un Pokémon, ce qui améliore directement ses stats. Depuis la Génération VIII, les vitamines peuvent maximiser les EV à 252 par stat, ce qui en fait le moyen le plus rapide d'entraîner les EV. Elles sont essentielles à la préparation d'équipes compétitives.

Types de vitamines

HP Up (+PV), Protein (+Attaque), Iron (+Défense), Calcium (+Att. Spé.), Zinc (+Déf. Spé.) et Carbos (+Vitesse) ajoutent chacun 10 EV à leur stat. PP Up et PP Max augmentent les PP des capacités, mais sont classés séparément. Dans les jeux récents, les vitamines sont utilisables jusqu'à la limite de 252 EV.

Entraînement rentable

À 10 000 Pokédollars l'unité, maximiser les EV d'une stat coûte 260 000. Des méthodes comme Amulet Coin ou les bonus de gains rendent l'entraînement aux vitamines pratique. Pour les joueurs compétitifs, les vitamines sont le moyen le plus rapide de préparer un Pokémon fraîchement élevé.
